Which of the three Boeing 747-400 engines is the cheapest and which is the most expensive?

All of the aircraft showing in the pictures are of the full pax version. Does it mean that the aircraft prices are not the same because of its engines?

all aircraft are customized to the airline’s specs.
full pax just means that it is only carrying passengers on the main deck. Combi is when the main deck (cabin) is half pax/half cargo and cargo/freight is well, freight only.
full pax on one airline will not look the same as full pax on another.

Prices can depend on the entertainment system installed, the seats, floor carpeting, and God knows what else.

Engines do have a big effect on total cost of the aircraft.
there are 3 big engine types powering 747s

The PW 4056 for the 747 costs about 14 million a unit

GE’s CF6-80 costs 10 million a unit

couldn’t find a figure for the RR RB211, all prices are probably variable depending on date of order, size of order, etc. I’m not sure either if airlines buy engines and airframe together and then buy extra engines/parts, or if all engines need to be bought separately.
